Meet the dream team – experts in performance marketing, coffee, and office banter. We don’t just run campaigns; we create scroll-stopping magic and occasionally argue over the appropriate amount of Taylor Swift songs on the office playlist.

From data-driven strategists to creative thinkers, our team combines years of experience, sharp instincts, and an insatiable drive to help brands grow.

Together, we’re shaping campaigns that deliver and delight.

Raman moved over from India as a teen and worked his way up the proverbial ladder whilst dreaming of running his own company, accruing amusing anecdotes along the way. It paid off (ha) with a start in Paid Media, and 12 years later, he's living the dream, relishing the risks and responsibilities of running a growing start-up. More like a dad than a boss, he's always cracking cheesy jokes, investigating the latest gadget or helping staff decipher eye-watering Excel formulae.
Jack Ellis, Team Kandidly
Head of Paid Media
An Essex boy (wayhey), Jack recently moved to South London with his partner and their pup. Nicknamed 'Mr Process' in previous roles, he brings 6+ years of agency-side experience in both digital and ATL. A down-to-earth guy, he’d admit he’s basically working to fund his love of food & travel; when not planning his next adventure, he’s likely to be found doing something sporty, with a passion for the gym, running, cycling and a bit of hiking.

Account Director
After ten years writing everything from articles on STIs to listicles like '10 Places To Eat Local In Oman' Raman (our Founder) persuaded Andrea to join the dark side, and though she still loves copy, she's now as into graphs as she was into adjectives. Refusing to live in the 2020s, she's still listening to 80s music, watching old films and calling everyone under 30 'kids'. Frequently told off for discussing politics and mocked for having too many cats.
Caitlin Goldfinch
Account Director
Caitlin is a true Brightonian, who likes nothing better than sun, sea, parties and parades, and thinks -5 degrees is appropriate beach weather. A former M&S employee, she far prefers data analysis to sorting arguments in the dairy aisle and has shown an amazing aptitude for it. Make her your friend forever by introducing her to puppies, kittens or other small squishy animals.

Account Manager
Another Essex boy (!) Harry moved to London a few years ago, and has 5+ years' varied digital experience, from small agencies to multi-national corporations. Passionate about sport, the warmer months see him spending weekends either on the golf course or captaining his cricket team; in winter, you can find him training for his next challenge. An avid film & TV fan, Harry takes pride in his taste and happily shares his opinions/recommendations.
kamila powrozek portrait
Account Manager
In stark defiance of Slavic stereotypes, Kamila is the office's chirpiest and most frequently zen occupant. A recent PPC convert, her eye for detail and unrivalled organisational skills are put to good use (and often put us to shame). Outside work, she likes exploring self-development, spending time in nature & can be persuaded to enjoy a nice glass of wine.
robert tucker at kandidly
Account Manager
A Kent boy who moved to London a while back, Rob began his career on a grad scheme in 2020 and specialised in client services before joining us to go more hands-on. A history grad who spent time in the USA, he's a big fan of most sports (on both sides of the pond), and a keen runner who surprised us all by running home (10km!) from work in his 2nd week.

Account Executive
Another Kent lad who’s yet to break free! - Cameron kicked off his career in paid search, spending two years perfecting the art of campaigns, keywords, and running mostly on caffeine. Now he’s putting those skills to work, delivering sharper, smarter results for Kandidly clients. Outside of ads, he’s usually plotting his next weekend escape, sniffing out new coffee spots, or clinging (with questionable success) to a bouldering wall.
Leon Choi Kandidly exec
Leon Choi
Senior Account Executive
Our team’s biggest football fan, Leon lives for playing, watching and cheering on the beautiful game. A former secondary school teacher (got bored) and entrepreneur (ran out of savings) he discovered his passion for marketing in his start-up days and fast forward to today, he’s found his happy place at Kandidly. And in London, though he sorely misses Hong Kong weather.
Image
Account Executive
A West Londoner born and bred (a rarity in this office) and a Brentford fan (a rarity anywhere), before going to uni Johnny worked as a labourer destroying offices and now he’s sitting in ours. Self-taught using YouTube and other online resources, he’s joined us to build upon his freelance Google Ads experience and expand into Biddable; when not working, he loves lifting weights, playing football and reading.

Account Executive
Joining us from big agency land to build on his experience in a more dynamic role, Lucas has fit right in with the sportier side of the team. A big footie fan (potentially even as big as Leon!) he also trains martial arts - including Muay Thai - so we're keen to stay on his good side. Half Brazilian, half Portuguese, naturally he's a big fan of sunshine & beaches and is passionate about travelling & exploring as many countries as possible!

Ana Mendoza
Account Manager
Hailing from warm, sunny Seville, Ana has grudgingly come to love London despite its weather (she needs vitamin D to function). She's taken the jump from organic social to paid to join us, and brings 3 years of experience & 3 languages to the table. In her own words, she loves books, beaches, beer and sings out loud too much!

Creative Strategist
As she’s moved about 23 times, Yaas’s bio spurns this word limit, so we’ll mention she’s Canadian, born in LA, has an MA in screenwriting and came to us from CostCo where she worked in marketing. An enthusiastic creative strategist, she made us clap rhythmically on her interview, demonstrated an extremely Hugh Grant-ish English accent imitation and brings major chirpiness and a love for film, TV and video games to office chat.
rupak roy kandidly
Creative Lead
Born in Kolkata, Rup studied Business Administration (Finance), but found his true calling in the world of design and animation. He began his career at 21 as a 3D and VFX faculty member, training and mentoring 700+ students. 11+ years later, he's racked up the certifications and combines creativity and tech to bring ideas to life across ads, CGI and social media content. Outside work, he's a tech enthusiast who loves exploring new gadgets, listening to music, trying new foods, playing games, and driving when he gets the chance.
sanjay kandidly
Senior Visual Designer
A man of few words (compared to the rest of us!), Sanjay's work does the talking. He's spent 9 years working in the creative field and collaborated with 60+ clients on some extremely varied projects. He loves creative experimentation and is always keen to try new designs, techniques and ideas that help him grow as a designer. Besides design, he's a lover of sports and travelling.

Account Executive
A Sicilian who grew up in Venice, Valentina made the questionable decision to swap the city of canals for the city of rain a few years back and, having cut her teeth in more generalist marketing (studying and working) has joined us to specialise. Loves walking (not running!) in nature, good coffee and despite her seemingly sweet and demure attitude, boxing!

Account Manager
Originally from Budapest but now calling South East London home, Lea brings over 5 years of digital wizardry and more enthusiasm than your average group chat can handle. When she’s not crafting campaigns, she’s at the theatre, baking something dangerously good, or being bossed around by her two fluffy dogs. Oh, and she’s also a proud Swiftie - her campaigns hit just as hard as Taylor's bridges.
